Expert Home & RV Park Models is known throughout Western Canada for developing the finest Park Model Homes, Lake Homes, Custom Cottages and Cabins. With a huge inventory spanning multiple independent product lines, and several separate audiences to target, Expert needed a website design which immediately educated visitors on their vast product line, and funneled end-users, developers, and first nations landlords appropriately.
I designed www.experthome.ca with a vertical navigation to support its multiple product lines, and allow the menu itself the room needed to better describe each focus area. The product pages were overhauled to leverage a huge wealth of pre-existing marketing collateral to properly showcase each model, with an intuitive search/filter feature to shortlist user-preferred products. Moreover, every page on the site operates with a landing-page style flow, ending in a lead capturing form.
It has been a pleasure with working with such a talented award winning designer. Greg has shown a great strength of determination and ability to manage an entire web team has been proven and successful. It has been a great honor working with him.
Universal Properties is one of eastern Canada's largest landlords with a expansive portfolio of residential, commercial, and accomodations properties, as well as ongoing development projects. All of these independant departments needed a web design with a flexible high-powered navigation to allow each portfolio property to be equally accessible. The project further required a completely indepenant "Resident Center" - A CRM managed area where tenants could log in and review/manage their account, submit mainenace requests and receive news feeds specifially for their community/builidng.
The web design I proposed for www.universalproperties.ca funnels prospective tenants through two verticals: the expansive one-click, sitemap-style navigation and a dual map/filter based inventory search. The result is a real estate web design with a full-screen map-based search, and property details page with a comprenshive list of sales features including realtime unit availability. Careful review of the previous website's analytics showed that significant portion of the sites leads frequented the site on mobile, so special attention and testing was allotted for the responsive mobile design.
Greg Fisher consistently delivers slick design based on progressive technology. His willingness to collaborate and flexible approach to find solutions is a rarity. The work he has provided us is invaluable and its impact is measured at our bottom line. He's one of the "good ones" and fun to work with.
The Homestead Group needed a web design which accomodated Chicago's largest brokerage of 20,000 apartments, and from a branding standpoint, reinforced their dominant position as one of Chicago's oldest and most trusted apartment rental services. The system needed to pull data daily from an custom in-house inventory platform, and support an separate agent-only members area.
Simplicity was key in approaching www.chicago-apartments.com. Given The Homestead Group's large portfolio of apartments, the elemental search-centric landing page starts the user in disseminating the data, to a proven location-based full screen map search page. Each listing drives the user via a call to action through each property. The first 3 months of the site's launch seen bounce rates reduced by 27% and coversions increased by 32% vs. the previous website.
The Homestead Group was fortunate to connect with Mr. Fisher several years ago and his works has been invaluable ever since. His track record in real estate marketing speaks for itself, and its proven to be invaluable as we further solidify The Homestead Group as Chicago's #1 real estate brokerage.
